PrayerCenter - View Prayer Request

Prayer is the practice of the presence of God. It is the place where pride is abandoned, hope is lifted, and supplication is made. Prayer is the place of admitting our need, of adopting humility, and claiming dependence upon God. Prayer is the needful practice of the Christian. Prayer is the exercise of faith and hope. Prayer is the privilege of touching the heart of the Father through His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. James 4:8

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Phil. 4:6-7

Father, in Your mercy, hear our prayers.

Frankie Freeman FamilyPrint
As most of you guys already know, a dear friend and co-worker of dad and our pastor passed away Tuesday. I found out that his heard was indeed right with the Lord and he is in a better place without all those medical problems he had. Be in prayer for his family and for our pastor because this is very hard for him. I would also like for GFB to remember another family that had a funeral at the same place tonight just in the next room. There were people in there absolutely torn apart by whoever was in there. I also want you guys to remember me because lately I have done some very hard thinking, and many recent deaths have made me think harder about my walk with God. I want to live the best I can, so I don't have to be afraid of dying. I want to know 100% that when I take my last breath, that I'll wake up with Jesus, and maybe even see Frankie waiting for me!
